The Negotiating Committee shall represent the Association to the Board of Governors in all matters concerning negotiations of the Collective Agreement, with the exception of processing grievances. It shall report regularly to the Executive Board and to the membership of the Association on the progress of its deliberations

In terms of its work scope, PAC shall recommend, develop and offer opportunities for faculty development and training in the areas of academic governance, parliamentary procedures, faculty leadership, conflict resolution and mediation, labour relations and professional conduct.
