The Positive Space Committee at MRU aims to educate, act, and change through: promoting respect of sexual orientation and gender diversity; raising awareness and challenging the pattern of silence that continues to marginalize lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, two-spirited, inter-sex, queer & questioning (LGBTTIQQ) individuals; transforming the place in which we live and work into a positive and supportive space; and encouraging a widespread and visible commitment to inclusivity.
