Part Time Faculty and the MRFA

Part Time faculty are able to be involved in almost every MRFA Committee. Right now there is very little representation of part time faculty on our committees. Part of this is likely due to the fact that our elections are held in May and Part Time Faculty do not know what their workload will be for the next year at this time. This is not a problem!! You can be nominated and elected in May and if you choose not to sit on the committee, for whatever reason, come September send notice of your withdrawel from the committee to office@mrfa.net.
