Please retain this document for reference throughout the semester.

All students eligible for academic accommodations are required to meet with each of their professor to discuss the academic accommodations being recommended and to obtain the professor's signatures’ on the “Professor Agreement Form”.  This is a procedure which is required every semester. 

The accommodated examination should be booked for the seating time that is closest to when the class is writing.  If this is not possible, any exception must be confirmed by e-mail by you, the course instructor, to our office.

The date and time that a student writes the exam is determined by the course instructor. If you disagree with the date, time, or duration that the student has indicated please contact us as soon as possible so that the appropriate changes can be made.

We are pleased to announce the addition of a 5 pm seating, Monday to Thursday.  Exam seating times for midterms are: 9am, 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm (M-R only)

Seating times for accommodated final exams are 9am, 1 pm and 4 pm.

Deadlines to book Winter final exams is Friday, March 23.

Please be advised the accommodated exam service will not be available on the following dates/times:

Winter 2012:   

·January 20           All day

·January 25           1 – 2:30 pm        

·February 29        1 – 2:30 pm                        

·March 6                1 – 2:30 pm        

·March 13             1 – 2:30 pm        

·March 28             1 – 2:30 pm        

·April 5                   11 – 12 noon

·April 25                 1 – 2:30 pm        

·May 30                 1 – 2:30 pm
