The Mount Royal Faculty Association

• The Mount Royal Faculty Association represents its members in negotiations with Mount Royal University with respect to salary matters, working conditions and other terms of employment.
• It provides a collective voice and group representation for the views of the faculty in all matters affecting the Mount Royal University community.
• The Association and its Committees strive to maintain and promote the professional standing of its members and the quality of education provided by Mount Royal University. Facilitating this end, the Association is an advocate of access to and the enhancement of postsecondary education.
